One of the partnerships that can be set up in Lithuania is the general partnership, which is founded based on a partnership agreement that is signed by at least two partners, who have equal liability and an equal contribution in the partnership. A limited partnership is formed by two or more members with different roles in the company, according to their financial contribution. There are the limited liability partners and the general partners with no limited liability and decisional power in the company.
